Tenebrae Cor Wiki Help
This Help Page lists some consolidated links to other places where important information is stored.
This should contain all the information you need to get started and use the Wiki. If anything here is missing, please edit the discussion page and make suggetsions.
Consult the User's Guide(Ext) for information on using the wiki software.
Ok, what do I do now? How do I start?
To get started with the Wiki:
In the uppper right hand corner of the WIKI Window should be a "Log in" link, follow that and type your Tenebrae Cor board username and password, check the "remember my login on this computer" for a more seamless experience in the future.
From there, you can edit, add, and play with the wiki. There's ALOT left to do. Use the disucssion tab at the top on each page to add comments or recommendations about various pages, add new pages (more on that in the help file later) and build up the Wiki.
The links below under "Getting Started" Should provide you links to the MediaWiki FAQ and other help resources on the board itself. The "links to information" section provide you help on the various formatting features of the Wiki. Finally there will be links in another section yet to be created to our own "help" pages with information that is helpful to our site in general.
For those of you familiar with Wiki's and editing Wiki's the site pages here all belong to TCWiki.
Using ItemStats on Wiki Pages
ItemStats is now available for use on WIKI pages! We're again linked in to wowhead (I think) though things aren't quite as pretty here as they are on the forums.
None the less, items are linkable via the wiki pages too. Please use:
<item>ItemName</item>
Where ItemName is the exact name of an item on wowhead.
The "itemico" part SHOULD work but it doesn't look (at this point) like we're properly downloading images from wowhead on the wiki (We're doing just fine on the boards). If you use itemico be prepared for a broken image that you can still mouse over to get information, but the image will appear with the red x. (EDIT NOTE: Looks like if the item has been linked on the e107 boards and thus the icon is already downloaded that it'll link here with no problems.)
To use Item Icon use the following code in your wiki post:
<itemico>ItemName</itemico>
